Speckle is a modifier that only effects WHITE markings (or markings that appear white in color), and does not effect any other markings. It causes small dustings of spots to layer over your white. Spotting must not resemble forms of white your suka does not have (such as sabino around the edges, or be so big that it looks like piebald spots, etc).
