"Busan, similar to Blackened, only effects certain markings by changing/locking their color palette to a crimson red. Busan effects mostly Merle, even going to the extent to change how much merle coverage becomes available (see below.) but also effects Somatic, Points (and any Points related markings) , and Iri.
Optionally* Busan can effect Siamese, Liner/Liner related Lineage marks, Etching, Brindle, Mottled, King, Sideswipe, Crosscut, Crackle
However, because these are optional effects, they must look semi-natural against the base coat or not alter the colors at all.
*If any of the above optional markings are present with the non-optional markings, then Busan may effect the non-optional markings regardless if they appear semi-natural against the base coat. "

BUSAN MERLE: Busan restricts merle to only a certain amount of coverage over the Suka; being no less visible than 10-13% and maxed out a 40-45% merle coverage. Busan is meant to appear 'zombie like' when effecting Merle in particular, hence why the coverage becomes restricted to the undersides, to mimic the appearance of flesh.

The 1st image shows where the Busan may begin to spread from, choosing at least 1 area in each hotspot (green,pink,blue,or orange) is minimal and required. How you choose to make the merle spread from there is a matter of choice.

The 2nd image shows the MAXIMUM SPREAD area for the merle, not the maximum of how much busan merle may cover (which is 40-45%, the image below though shows 80% of the suka WHERE THE MERLE CAN OCCUR/REACH) showing distinctly that Busan may rarely or never reach the spine/topline.
