ACID

MUTATION

acid_0002_Layer4.png

"Acid effects the flesh, causing it to turn completely multicolored, but this effect is restricted to at MAX around the eye flesh, nose, lips, and tongue. The most minimal (and required) form of Acid is just in effect to the tongue.

[!] Acid is the only color mutation that may be carried if you do not prefer the flesh color changes."

COLOR TIPS:

☛ Acid has no palette to choose from, and may be any 2-3 colors at the minimum that appear bright or rich in vibrancy.

☛ Avoid making the flesh overly light or too "shiny".

☛ Avoid monochromatic Acid palettes.

Above shows the FLAT layers of color before the shading layers are played with. Colors between Nose to Tongue should be rather consistent, and should avoid becoming overly rainbow in color.

The easiest way to get started with your Acid tongue is to take a tongue layer:

1) Completely desaturate it using your filters/adjustments bar

2) Up the contrast/depth is possible and adjust brightness to your liking.

3) Set another tongue layer to be LOCKED, this is where you'll color in your tongue.

4) The greyed out tongue layer should be set to Overlay, Soft Light, or whatever looks best for you.
