DIAMOND
Dm / RARE

"Diamond is a spinal/topline marking that creates triangular or "diamond" striping patches down the back and sometimes covering the entire tail in striping. The Diamond stripes are accompanied by a softer , inner gradient of color that should always match the striping, but may be lowered in opacity to give the illusion of being a secondary color. Diamond patches can include inner spotting and minimal outer spotting, but it is not a requirement. The striping should be moderate in thickness, something slightly thicker than a typical Brindle stripe.
[!] Diamond can occur on TOP of the following markings:
-Somatic , Points , Gila
-Piebald , Near Max Sabino
- King , Jackal"

COLOR TIPS:
☛ Gradient Friendly : This marking is may take up to 3 smoothly blended colors within it.
☛ Marking must be darker than the base.
☛ Outer STRIPING may only occur if the marking is being presented in a heavier/more maximum form. Minimal Diamond marked sukas should not exhibit outer striping like the Max example below.

MINIMUM RANGE NEEDED: At minimum, the blue area / topline needs to be touched by at least 2-3 Stripes.
MINIMUM HOTSPOTS: Where the marking is most likely to occur in its 'minimal' form.
