What is the fastest way to reach you?

deviantART is the fastest way, however you may also reach me on discord (SucioPerro#0432) if it is urgent and you have not seen me respond after a few days. The best way to see updates on what I'm doing/why I am paused is to check Trello and my status updates on my front page.

How quickly will my commission be done?

This will vary and depend on your commission type, character difficulty, and my mental capacity to complete it. However commissions are usually done within 2-4 months or sooner, and should not surpass 6 months.

How do I request a refund/How can I request a refund?

You may request a refund if 6 months has passed with absolutely no notice from me as to whether or not I've started or attempted your commission. By absolutely no notice this means there as not been any status/journal postings from me alerting commissioners in anyway. I will not personally note you to let you know of your specific commission, I usually just send out a mass alert through my status/journal posts. You may note me and we can speak from there.

I no longer own the character I commissioned you for, may I sell the artwork with the character?

Yes you may sell the artwork with the character.

I would like changes made to my commission, how do I go about getting this done?

Please note me or contact me via discord, however I will likely not edit a commission once it is posted and finished unless something is majorly incorrect and not just stylistic differences. (For example: The character has blue eyes but I accidentally colored in yellow eyes (WILL FIX)  vs "I kind of want him to be fluffier" (WONT FIX) type requests as this should be requested before I post for display.)
